Birth Packages

This package includes:

• One 30 Minute complimentary meet and greet to see if we are a good fit as a birth team.
• 2 one-hour prenatal visits at your home to go over birth plan, comfort measures, any fears or concerns you may have and how we can work together to help you achieve the birth you envision. I will also bring along my resource list if you may need any additional support. 
• Labor support- I will be on call 24/7 2 weeks prior to you EDD and one week after.  
• Emotional and physical support during the labor where I will provide repositioning, a foot rub, ice chips, a massage, positive encouragement and more.
• 1 hour of immediate support following the birth.
• 1 Postpartum visit within two weeks after birth to go over feeding, latching support and  establishing a postpartum support team.

This package includes:

•  2-3  one hour prenatal visits at you home to go over the birth plan, comfort measures, any fears or concerns you may have and how we can work together to help you achieve the birth you envision. I will also bring along my resource list if you may need any additional support. We can also go over diet and healthy meal plans during your pregnancy. 
•  Labor support- I will be on call 24/7 2 weeks prior to you EDD and one week after.   
• Emotional and physical support during the labor where I will provide a Birthing Ball, a Rebozo, repositioning, a foot rub, ice chips, a massage, positive encouragement and more.
• 2-2.5hours of immediate support following the birth. 
• 1 Postpartum visit within two weeks after birth to go over feeding, latching establishing a postpartum support team.
